Working out can definitely be a struggle. I know that I don’t always find time to make it to the gym, so I at least try to get in a little something at home. Living in an apartment, I don’t have a ton of space for workout equipment. Also, I need to make sure it is somewhere I can easily see and get to… Or I most likely will use that as an excuse to not workout. I have this little “fitness corner” in my living room where I store everything. I have my exercise ball, some free weights, the perfect push-up, a resistance band, and a pair of gliding discs. All of these things are great for home fitness, but right now I am loving disc workouts. They are awesome for a new way to do cardio and great for body sculpting. I can definitely feel the burn when I use them! This is one of my favorite disc workouts, it is short and sweet, but killer!
