This Namaste flour is my favorite so far. It already has xanthan gum in it, plus you can get it at Costco!
These books have been such life savers. I got these shortly after I got married. My poor husband is gluten intolerant, so I had to learn how to cater to him. The books have tons of yummy fairly easy recipes with baking/cooking tricks, as well as how to stock a GF pantry. It has definitely been a learning process and there has been a lot of trial and error, but I think I have a pretty good grasp on it now. If you have ever tried to bake anything gluten free then you know that most things can come out as hard as a rock, and dryer than a thousand deserts! Haha. At least I can make edible GF goods now. It is really nice that a lot more stores and restaurants are starting to carry more GF products. The down side is that GF products can be pretty spendy, but that is the price you pay for those you love! 😉
